Meera Belle trained as a soprano at the prestigious Royal Northern College of Music under Head Of Voice Susan Roper. She developed a love of vocal pedagogy and began teaching in tandem with her performing.

Deliberately diverse in her choice of repertoire, Meera began crossing genres from jazz to cabaret, contemporary opera to art song.

She spent some years as the Featured Artist in the Ballroom of the QE2 ocean liner, then moved back to Sydney Australia where she began her cabaret and teaching career.

Meera put together The Belles vintage vocal trio which made the semi-finals of Australia's Got Talent in 2010.

She then began and currently directs The Starr Sisters (                                      ) who were the first Australaisians to be invited to perform at the Tzar Jazz Festival in Sochi, RUSSIA.

The Starr Sisters frequently perform their Cabaret "An Accidental Night with The Starrs" with the 17-piece Regent Street Big Band to delighted swing audiences all over Sydney and recently debuted with the Royal Australian Air Force Band at the 37th Squadrons 75th Anniversary Ball.

Meera currently presents The Belle Trio once a month at the famous award-winning Lochiel House restaurant in Kurrajong Heights and directs her one-woman show "Close To You: A Salute To Karen Carpenter" and "Blossoming", about the life and music of the inimitable Blossom Dearie with fellow singer Ruth McCance.

Bella Musica Entertainment began as one small teaching studio and has evolved into a boutique entertainment agency developing it's own shows, courses, workshops and performance opportunities.

Bella Musica believes in diversity at all levels and is committed to ensuring work opportunities for musicians across the spectrum of performing arts.
